  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CMP/Plating/Wafer Bond equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with equipment and implement effective solutions.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and calibrations to ensure equipment is operating within specifications.
  4. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  5. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and address equipment issues that may impact production.
  6. Monitor and analyze equipment data to proactively identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
  7. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  8. Stay updated on industry advancements and implement best practices to improve equipment performance.
  9. Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on equipment status and any potential issues.
  11. Follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
  12. Participate in equipment installation and commissioning projects as needed.
  13. Collaborate with equipment vendors to schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  14. Continuously strive to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience With Cmp And Plating Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience With Chemical Mechanical Polishing (Cmp) And Plating Equipment, Including Knowledge Of Maintenance, Troubleshooting, And Repair Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Semiconductor Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Semiconductor Industry, Particularly In The Areas Of Wafer Bonding And Thin Film Deposition, Is Essential For This Role. This Includes Familiarity With Industry Standards, Safety Protocols, And Equipment Specifications.

  • Technical Education Or Equivalent Experience: A Degree In A Relevant Technical Field, Such As Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering, Is Preferred. However, Equivalent Experience In Maintaining And Troubleshooting Semiconductor Equipment May Also Be Considered.

  • Ability To Work Independently And On A Night Shift Schedule: This Role Requires The Candidate To Work Independently During The Night Shift, With Little Supervision. As Such, The Ideal Candidate Should Have The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Problems On Their Own, And Be Comfortable Working In A Night Shift Schedule.

  • Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Maintenance Technician Will Work Closely With Other Technicians And Engineers, As Well As Equipment Operators And Production Staff. As Such, Good Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment Are Essential For Success In This Role.
