Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Mainframe Systems And Aiops Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Mainframe Systems, Including Hardware, Software, And Operating Systems. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Aiops Technologies And Their Applications In Mainframe Environments.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Client Services Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Issues Related To Mainframe Systems And Aiops. They Should Have Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And The Ability To Think Critically To Solve Problems Efficiently.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As They Will Be Interacting With Clients And Internal Teams On A Regular Basis. They Should Also Be Able To Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Work Collaboratively With Team Members.

  • Experience In Client Services And Support: Previous Experience In A Client Services Or Support Role Is Highly Desirable For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Building Strong Client Relationships.

  • Knowledge Of Itil And Itsm Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Itil (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) And Itsm (It Service Management) Processes. This Includes Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, And Service Level Management, Among Others. Knowledge Of These Processes Will Enable The Candidate To Effectively Support Clients And Ensure Service Delivery Meets Their Needs And Expectations.
