Experience In Client Services And Support: Previous Experience In A Client Services Or Support Role Is Highly Desirable For This Position. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Building Strong Client Relationships.
Knowledge Of Itil And Itsm Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Itil (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) And Itsm (It Service Management) Processes. This Includes Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, And Service Level Management, Among Others.
