As a Client Services Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and consulting services to our clients, helping them maximize the value of their mainframe solutions.   1. Provide technical support to clients for mainframe solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Act as a consultant to clients, offering expert advice and recommendations to help them optimize their mainframe solutions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all technical inquiries and support.
  4. Understand and stay up-to-date on the latest developments and updates in the mainframe industry, and proactively share this knowledge with clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet clients' technical needs and business objectives.
  6. Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify and resolve complex technical problems for clients.
  7. Provide training and support to clients on new and existing mainframe solutions.
  8. Act as a champion for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  9. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on technical issues, progress on solutions, and overall customer satisfaction.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the client experience and provide exceptional customer service.
  11. Document and maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and technical solutions implemented.
  12. Stay organized and manage time effectively to prioritize and handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
  13. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and support client retention efforts.
  14. Keep track of client feedback and provide insights to the product development team to improve future solutions.
  15. Represent Broadcom as a knowledgeable and professional expert in mainframe solutions at industry events and conferences.
