As a Client Services Architect, you will play a critical role in understanding and meeting our clients' needs, while also driving the development and growth of our business.   1. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Understand and anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and technical support, to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and meet client needs.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's products and services, providing technical guidance and support to clients.
  5. Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  6. Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
  7. Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  9. Handle and resolve any client escalations or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously monitor and improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
  11. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing clients.
  12. Develop and maintain client service standards and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of exceptional client service.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: A Successful Client Services Architect At Broadcom Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Technologies And Systems, Including Networking, Cloud, And Security. They Should Also Possess Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Client Services Architect, It Is Crucial To Have Exceptional Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Clients And Other Team Members. This Includes The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Proven Experience In Client Services: A Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Client Services, Preferably In A Technology Company. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Client Services Architect Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Technical Issues For Clients. Therefore, They Must Have Strong Problem-Solving Abilities And Be Able To Think Critically And Analytically.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
