
Business Development / Strategic Partnerships
Responsible for the development of business plans, partnership programs, and relationships to identify new initiatives and demand for Broadcom Enterprise Software Solutions via global partnerships in strategic customers. Work as an extension of Broadcom ESD territory teams to understand and execute account strategy within each account. Build relationships with client executives for key GSIs in assigned territories. Collaborate with GSI Account team to understand GSI offerings available and under development and existing relationships with GSI partners. Conduct awareness sessions for GSI teams about Broadcom Enterprise Software portfolio. Build and execute a strategy with focus GSIs to drive consumption of Broadcom's enterprise software products within target accounts. Build and manage partner programs to improve alignment with GSI partners at target accounts. Track and manage pipeline activities in CRM system.
8+ years of related experience in sales, solution engineering, or strategic alliances in the DevOps or IT Operations market
