• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to understand customer needs and develop solutions for our semiconductor products
• Utilize technical expertise in electrical engineering or computer science to design and develop innovative solutions for complex technical problems
• Act as a technical point of contact for customers, providing support and troubleshooting assistance for our products
• Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers and internal teams
• Stay updated on industry advancements and market trends to continuously improve and enhance our products
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and work with engineering teams to implement changes
• Provide technical guidance and support to sales and marketing teams to help drive product sales and meet revenue goals
• Write technical documentation and create product specifications to ensure accurate and detailed information is available for customers and internal teams
• Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site technical support and gather feedback for product improvement
• Participate in product testing and validation to ensure quality and reliability of our products
