- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues for customers, escalating to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and new technologies to continuously enhance technical knowledge and expertise.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and technical advisor to sales teams during customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals and challenges, and provide technical recommendations accordingly.
- Participate in product development and enhancement projects, providing technical insights and feedback to drive product innovation.
- Contribute to the development of technical resources and materials, such as user guides, whitepapers, and case studies, to support customer enablement and product adoption.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Or Technical Enablement Roles.
Strong Understanding Of Broadcom Products And Technologies, With A Focus On Networking And Infrastructure.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Audiences.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Enabling And Supporting Sales Teams To Meet Or Exceed Revenue Targets.
