- Act as a subject matter expert for all technical aspects of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest advancements and industry trends.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and create customized training solutions.
- Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees and customers as needed.
- Act as a mentor and coach to new employees and assist in their onboarding process.
- Stay informed about our competitors' products and services, and make recommendations for improvements to our own offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings and presentations.
