Represent and participate in University Career Fairs for our Engineering team. Manage and work a wide variety of technical positions. Provide a high-touch and remarkable experience for every candidate, walking them through the interview process. Track and monitor recruiting pipeline for weekly executive meetings. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
