RN Clinical Manager Hospice

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the clinical aspects of hospice care and ensure services are delivered with the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
2. Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to ensure services are delivered with excellence.
3. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care plans and progress.
5. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of hospice care.
6. Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback as needed.
7. Conduct clinical assessments and develop patient care plans.
8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient's needs are met.
9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
10. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
