Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Bridge Home Healthcare & Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Home Health RN. This position will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving the lives of their patients, be an excellent communicator, and have a minimum of two years of experience providing home health care. The successful candidate will have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and be certified in CPR. They will also have the ability to work independently, be organized and have excellent clinical assessment, teaching, and problem-solving skills.
