
Regional Vice President of Business Development

Bridge Home Healthcare & Hospice is looking for a driven and dedicated Regional Vice President of Business Development to oversee the business development activities and strategy for the region.In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the growth and expansion of Bridge Home Healthcare & Hospice. This includes developing and executing effective business development plans, identifying new business opportunities, and driving process improvements.The ideal candidate for this position is a motivated and experienced leader with a proven track record in business development. They should have a deep understanding of the healthcare and hospice industry and a passion for making a positive impact in the community.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or hospice industry• Proven track record in developing and executing effective business plans• Knowledge of healthcare and hospice industry trends and regulations• Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities: • Develop and execute business development plans to grow and expand Bridge Home Healthcare & Hospice • Identify new business opportunities and drive process improvements • Manage and lead the regional business development team • Stay up to date with healthcare and hospice industry trends and regulations • Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Maintain effective relationships with current and potential clients • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability • Monitor and report on progress of business development activities • Prepare presentations and other materials to present to clients • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of funds • Analyze data and market trends to identify potential opportunities • Monitor competitor activities and suggest new strategies to stay ahead of the competition
