HR Director

The HR Director at Bridge Home Healthcare & Hospice plays an essential role in helping ensure our team has the necessary resources to provide quality care and support to our patients and families. We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive HR strategies that support our mission and values. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field• 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role• Knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and organizational development• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS databases

Responsibilities: • Develop and execute HR strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees • Develop and implement recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training processes • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • Oversee and manage employee benefits, payroll, and other HR processes • Manage employee relations and discipline as appropriate • Develop and implement performance management systems • Develop and monitor HR metrics to measure success and identify areas of improvement • Monitor and evaluate trends, technologies, and best practices in the HR field to ensure the organization's HR processes are up to date • Maintain knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape to inform organizational strategy and decision-making
