Responsibilities:

1. Develop and monitor compliance program activities to ensure adherence with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Ensure corporate compliance policies are implemented and maintained throughout the organization.
3. Monitor and investigate any possible compliance violations.
4. Develop and maintain compliance training programs for staff.
5. Monitor and review changes to healthcare regulations and adjust policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
6. Respond to inquiries from staff and other departments regarding compliance regulations.
7. Provide reports to senior management regarding compliance activities.
8. Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop corrective action plans for resolution of identified areas.
9. Develop and oversee internal audit protocols and systems.
10. Establish relationships with external regulators and serve as a liaison between the organization and the regulators.
