Job Description

Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the perfect product? Breitling SA is looking for a Customer Service Assistant who is a team player and has a positive attitude. The successful candidate will be a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills in order to provide an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

Responsibilites: -Provide excellent customer service to customers in person, online, or over the phone -Assist customers in finding the perfect product according to their needs -Ensure customers are provided with accurate information regarding products, services, and policies -Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner -Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database -Process orders and payments accurately and promptly -Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement -Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction -Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies
