
HR Analyst - Compensation
- Recommend policies, procedures, and processes for the maintenance of equitable salary structures.
- Interface with managers to evaluate individual compensation.
- Assure company compliance with provisions of FLSA.
- Review and analyze changes to state and federal laws pertaining to compensation, and reports necessary or suggested changes to management.
- Lead systems updates/upgrades, working with vendors (if applicable) to test changes to ensure systems and processes are working as designed.
- Design and prepare ad hoc compensation/organization related reports to present to management
3 to 5 years of proven human resources experience, including a minimum of 2 to 4 years compensation-related experience
HRIS experience, preferably Oracle/ Banner experience
Strong knowledge of and demonstrated skill in compensation program design and development
Strong familiarity with federal and state legislation regarding compensation practices
