
Small Medium Business Account Executive
As a Small Medium Business (SMB) Account Executive at Box, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and success for our company by building and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth and revenue for Box within the small and medium-sized business market.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing SMB clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize your sales expertise to identify and close new business opportunities, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Nurture and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Represent Box at industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Box's products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, sharing best practices and supporting the growth and development of colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Understanding Of Small And Medium-Sized Businesses And Their Technology Needs.
