  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  7. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality products within designated timelines.
  8. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and assist in implementing code changes to maintain code quality and consistency.
  9. Document technical specifications, system design, and project progress to ensure efficient knowledge sharing and project management.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  11. Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  12. Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the platform, proactively identifying and addressing any potential issues.
  13. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  14. Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the company.
