Develop and implement company-wide compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to security regulations and industry best practices.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and make recommendations for remediation.
Stay up-to-date on current security laws and regulations, and ensure the company is compliant with all applicable requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security requirements are incorporated into all aspects of the business, including product development, operations, and customer support.
Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies, providing documentation and evidence of compliance.
Train and educate employees on security best practices and compliance requirements to promote a culture of security and privacy awareness.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to communicate our commitment to security and compliance to customers and prospects.
Mentor and guide junior compliance team members, providing support and guidance in their professional development.
