Senior Compliance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Manager to join our team at Box. In this critical role, you will play an integral part in ensuring our organization meets all applicable compliance standards and regulations. You must have a passion for compliance and a proven track record of success in a similar role.The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in the corporate compliance space, including regulations, industry standards, and best practices. You must also be an excellent communicator with the ability to work across multiple teams and departments. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about compliance and who can help create and maintain a culture of compliance at Box.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
2. Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and ensure that Box remains compliant.
3. Coordinate and conduct regular internal and external compliance audits.
4. Lead the development and execution of compliance training programs for staff.
5. Facilitate communication and collaboration between legal, compliance, and other departments to ensure compliance requirements are met.
6. Create and maintain compliance-related reports and metrics.
7. Lead and participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives.
8. Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for questions related to compliance.
9. Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
