  1. Develop and implement organizational strategies and initiatives to support the growth and success of the company.
  2. Lead and manage the talent development process, including employee training, performance management, and career development.
  3. Collaborate with department heads to identify and address organizational needs and challenges.
  4. Design and implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive and innovative work culture.
  5. Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
  7. Facilitate team building and leadership development activities to enhance team dynamics and effectiveness.
  8. Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
  9. Develop and implement onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in organizational development and talent management.
  11. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance management and career development.
  12. Monitor and track the success of organizational and talent development initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  13. Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support organizational and talent development initiatives.
  15. Act as a role model for the company's values and actively promote a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Organization And Talent Development, Preferably In A Technology Or Saas Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Learning And Development Principles And Experience Designing And Implementing Training Programs.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Developing Talent Within An Organization.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively Across Teams And Levels Of The Organization.
