Cafe Assistant Manager

We're looking for a customer service-oriented Café Assistant Manager to join the team at our Boudin Bakery location in San Francisco. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for delivering outstanding service and have a strong ability to build relationships with customers. The Cafe Assistant Manager is responsible for helping to ensure the smooth running of the cafe and providing excellent customer service.We require that applicants possess a minimum of two years of experience in a retail or restaurant setting, and have a proven track record of successfully leading a team. A genuine interest in the hospitality industry is also essential. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a busy environment.The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on their feet. Boudin Bakery is a bakery based in San Francisco, California, known for its sourdough bread (trademarked as "The Original San Francisco Sourdough"). The bakery is recognized as the "oldest continually operating business in San Francisco."
