Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of retail staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Ensure the store is well stocked with merchandise and display items.

7. Develop and manage store promotions and events.
8. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
10. Represent the brand and its Italian heritage in all interactions with customers and staff.
