Stock Keeper

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock Keeper and provide an outstanding level of service while ensuring that merchandise is accurately tracked and stored.To be successful as a Stock Keeper, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of retail experience. An understanding of retail management systems is highly desirable. You must be physically able to lift and move boxes and merchandise, as well as have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise is properly stored and secure.
• Assist customers with locating and selecting items.
• Operate retail management systems to track inventory levels and manage transactions.
• Assist with restocking shelves, displays, and other areas of the store.
• Monitor expiration dates on perishable items.
• Assist with setting up promotional displays.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Follow all safety and security protocols.
• Participate in regular team meetings and store events.
