
Retail Performance Manager
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Retail Performance Manager to join our Bottega Veneta team! This position will be responsible for driving sales and managing the performance of our retail stores across the North American region. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and positive, with experience in retail management and a passion for the luxury retail sector. They must have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to motivate a team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and improving performance within a retail environment.Required qualifications include:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or a related field- 5+ years of retail management experience- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles- Experience in driving sales and improving retail performance- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and other relevant software programs
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with store teams to ensure sales goals are achieved
- Develop strategies to improve store performance and increase customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve performance
- Manage and develop retail staff, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated
- Analyze store data to identify areas of improvement and suggest solutions
- Develop and implement customer service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction
- Track and review inventory levels, ensure stock is available to meet customer demand
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Create and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive store sales
- Create store reports and analyze store performance
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to stay informed of current trends
- Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge
