Job Description

At Bottega Veneta, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated Loss Prevention and Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our retail locations, as well as managing day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards.The ideal individual will have a strong background in loss prevention operations, as well as excellent problem solving and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to ensure the safety and security of Bottega Veneta’s retail locations. • Monitor and investigate suspicious activity in order to identify and mitigate potential security risks. • Maintain constant communication with store managers and staff to ensure compliance with company standards. • Create and enforce policies and procedures related to loss prevention and operations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations. • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, uphold core brand values and promote a positive shopping experience. • Analyze operational data and identify areas of improvement. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner. • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies. • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling staff, managing budgets, and overseeing customer service initiatives.
