Responsibilities: • Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to ensure the safety and security of Bottega Veneta’s retail locations. • Monitor and investigate suspicious activity in order to identify and mitigate potential security risks. • Maintain constant communication with store managers and staff to ensure compliance with company standards. • Create and enforce policies and procedures related to loss prevention and operations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and health regulations. • Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, uphold core brand values and promote a positive shopping experience. • Analyze operational data and identify areas of improvement. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and efficient manner. • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies. • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling staff, managing budgets, and overseeing customer service initiatives.
