Job Description

We’re looking for an ambitious and creative EMEA Architecture & Facilities Intern at Bottega Veneta to join our team. As an Intern, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with our architecture and facilities departments, as well as other teams, to ensure our projects run smoothly.We’re looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for design and architecture, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A strong interest in the luxury fashion industry and an understanding of the EMEA region will be a plus.If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your skillset and expand your professional network, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination of projects with the architecture and facilities teams
  • Maintain strong communication with key stakeholders
  • Track project progress and report back to the teams
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Research and analyze industry trends in architecture and design
  • Support the development of new projects, renovations, and other related initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for the department
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Monitor and review data, such as resources and materials, to ensure accuracy
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and the EMEA region
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure projects run smoothly and successfully
