We’re looking for an outstanding Client Advisor to join the Bottega Veneta team! As a Client Advisor, you’ll be a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for actively engaging with customers, building relationships, and driving sales. Your goal is to ensure all customers have a positive and memorable experience.The ideal candidate for this role will have an appreciation for luxury fashion, excellent communication and customer service skills, and an eye for detail. Responsibilities: • Actively engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience • Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business • Offer advice on fashion trends and product selection • Utilize product knowledge to provide assistance and make recommendations • Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and courteous service • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers • Maintain the presentation of the store and merchandise • Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising • Achieve sales goals and objectives set by the store manager
