We are looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join the team at Bottega Veneta. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of retail experience, a strong knowledge of luxury fashion, and exceptional customer service skills. This person must also be able to think strategically to identify opportunities for growth and build meaningful customer relationships. 1. Provide exceptional customer service to Bottega Veneta customers.

4. Maintain a high level of awareness of current fashion trends to ensure customers are informed.
5. Stay up to date with product information and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
6. Identify opportunities for growth and generate new sales leads.
7. Track customer purchases and ensure accurate record keeping.
8. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves.
9. Ensure store and display areas are kept neat and organized.
10. Engage with customers in person and through social media.
