We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Watchman Therapy Awareness Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for raising awareness and educating healthcare professionals about our innovative Watchman therapy, a minimally invasive treatment for patients with atrial fibrillation. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of patients.   1. Develop and implement strategies to raise awareness of Watchman therapy among healthcare professionals.
  2. Conduct presentations and educational sessions to inform healthcare professionals about the benefits of Watchman therapy.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals in the field of cardiology and electrophysiology.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote Watchman therapy.
  6. Plan and execute events and conferences to showcase Watchman therapy and engage with healthcare professionals.
  7. Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the proper use and implementation of Watchman therapy.
  8. Track and analyze data on the success of awareness efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for any inquiries or concerns from healthcare professionals regarding Watchman therapy.
  10. Represent Boston Scientific and its values of innovation, quality, and patient care at all times.
  11. Continuously strive to increase knowledge and understanding of Watchman therapy and related medical advancements.
  12. Travel to various healthcare facilities and conferences to promote Watchman therapy, as needed.
  13. Collaborate with sales team to support customer needs and drive adoption of Watchman therapy.
  14. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  15. Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and progress towards goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
