- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff, to promote and increase sales of endoscopy products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to ensure proper utilization of Boston Scientific's endoscopy products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats in the territory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to provide feedback and insights from the field and support new product launches.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to expand knowledge and promote Boston Scientific's endoscopy products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Boston Scientific's products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including healthcare compliance and code of conduct.
- Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or In A Related Healthcare Field.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Endoscopy Products, Procedures, And Market Trends.
Demonstrated Success In Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Such As Physicians, Hospital Administrators, And Purchasing Managers.
