  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including physicians, surgeons, and hospital staff, to promote and increase sales of endoscopy products.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to ensure proper utilization of Boston Scientific's endoscopy products.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats in the territory.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to provide feedback and insights from the field and support new product launches.
  6. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate customer records.
  7. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
  8. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other networking events to expand knowledge and promote Boston Scientific's endoscopy products.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of Boston Scientific's products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate and sell to customers.
  10. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including healthcare compliance and code of conduct.
  11. Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  12. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend meetings and events as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or In A Related Healthcare Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Endoscopy Products, Procedures, And Market Trends.

  • Demonstrated Success In Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Such As Physicians, Hospital Administrators, And Purchasing Managers.
