  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain processes and drive efficiency.
  2. Monitor and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of medical devices to patients.
  4. Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of products to meet customer demand.
  5. Lead cost-saving initiatives by negotiating with suppliers and identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
  6. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
  10. Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce lead times.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  12. Act as a liaison between internal departments and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  13. Train and mentor junior members of the supply chain team.
  14. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and ensure that all supply chain activities align with customer needs and expectations.
  15. Support the company's mission and values by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Planning, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Drive Decision-Making.

  • Proficient In Supply Chain Planning Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Kinaxis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
