- Develop and implement supplier quality management processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met for all products and services provided by our suppliers
- Monitor and assess supplier performance, identifying any potential areas of improvement and working with suppliers to develop and implement corrective actions
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier quality issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze supplier quality data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve overall supplier performance
- Provide leadership and support to the supplier quality team, including training and development opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to supplier quality and make recommendations for improvement as needed
- Participate in the selection and qualification of new suppliers, ensuring they meet all quality requirements
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including management and other departments, to provide updates on supplier quality performance
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in supplier quality management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supplier Quality Assurance Management In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Quality Standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Maintaining Effective Supplier Quality Management Systems And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
