  • Develop and implement supplier quality management processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met for all products and services provided by our suppliers
  • Monitor and assess supplier performance, identifying any potential areas of improvement and working with suppliers to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, acting as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier quality issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner
  • Monitor and analyze supplier quality data, identifying trends and implementing strategies to improve overall supplier performance
  • Provide leadership and support to the supplier quality team, including training and development opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to supplier quality and make recommendations for improvement as needed
  • Participate in the selection and qualification of new suppliers, ensuring they meet all quality requirements
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, including management and other departments, to provide updates on supplier quality performance
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness in supplier quality management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Supplier Quality Assurance Management In A Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Quality Standards.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Effectively Manage Relationships With Suppliers And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Maintaining Effective Supplier Quality Management Systems And Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
