  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for chemicals in line with company goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for chemical products, negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective procurement.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their chemical needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier information.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  8. Continuously review and improve sourcing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  10. Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth and timely sourcing operations.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates on sourcing activities to management.
  12. Participate in contract negotiations and make recommendations for contract renewals or terminations.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on chemical sourcing and procurement.
  14. Mentor and train junior sourcing team members.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences related to chemical sourcing and procurement.

Job Qualifications
