  1. Design and implement strategic IT solutions for the finance department in alignment with business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of financial processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on IT solutions and technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  5. Lead the design and architecture of complex IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify new and emerging technologies that can enhance the finance department's operations.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
  8. Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and select solutions that meet business requirements.
  10. Serve as a mentor and coach to junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the finance department's IT solutions.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  13. Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost savings for the finance department.
  14. Act as a liaison between the IT department and the finance department, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  15. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to IT solutions for the finance department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Solutions Architect Role, Preferably In The Finance Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Systems And Processes, Such As Budgeting, Forecasting, And Reporting.

  • Experience With Implementing And Integrating Enterprise-Level Finance Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
