Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Site Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Quality Systems, With A Strong Understanding Of Gmp And Iso Standards.
