4. Conduct thorough and efficient candidate screening and selection processes, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.

6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

8. Manage and negotiate offers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for new hires.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
10. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership on the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
11. Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
12. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
14. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as onboarding and training, to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
15. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
