
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent to the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract diverse and highly qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough and efficient candidate screening and selection processes, including resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and its requirements.
- Manage and negotiate offers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages for new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership on the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as onboarding and training, to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting events to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Corporate Or Healthcare Setting.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Full-Cycle Recruitment Processes For High Volume And Specialized Positions.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Eeo And Affirmative Action Requirements.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Recruitment Strategies To Attract Top Talent And Build A Diverse Workforce.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Hr Colleagues.
