  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability goals for the company.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to inform pricing decisions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to develop and execute pricing and contracting initiatives.
  4. Negotiate contracts with key customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  5. Monitor and evaluate contract performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to pricing and contracting to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  7. Prepare and present pricing and contracting proposals to senior management, providing clear and concise analysis and recommendations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and aligning pricing and contracting strategies accordingly.
  9. Utilize analytical tools and systems to track and report on pricing and contracting performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement.
  10. Train and mentor junior pricing and contracting analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all pricing and contracting activities, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts and pricing strategies are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  13. Continuously seek out new opportunities and strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability through pricing and contracting initiatives.
  14. Embrace a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on pricing and contracting, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pricing And Contracting Within The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Mathematical Skills With Experience In Data Analysis And Modeling.

  • Knowledge Of Government And Commercial Contracting Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills With The Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Sales Teams And Customers.
