  1. Develop and maintain relationships with payers to ensure coverage and reimbursement for Boston Scientific products.
  2. Stay up-to-date on healthcare reimbursement policies and trends to inform company strategy and decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address payer needs and concerns.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to assess market access opportunities and challenges.
  5. Negotiate contracts and pricing with payers to maximize product access and sales.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to address payer objections and concerns.
  7. Monitor and analyze payer coverage policies, coding, and reimbursement rates to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  8. Provide guidance and support to sales teams in navigating payer relationships and addressing coverage and reimbursement challenges.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement value-based contracting and innovative reimbursement models.
  10. Represent Boston Scientific in meetings and negotiations with payers, advocating for the company's products and objectives.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare reimbursement and payer relations, providing guidance and training to internal teams.
  12. Foster and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders in the payer community.
  13. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on market trends and maintain relationships with payers.
  14. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to payer relations and reimbursement.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve payer relations strategies and processes to ensure optimal results for the company.
