  1. Design and implement leadership development programs that align with the organization's goals and values.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leadership development needs and create targeted solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance leadership development offerings.
  4. Coach and mentor current and future leaders to improve their skills and capabilities.
  5. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop training plans accordingly.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in leadership development to continuously improve programs.
  7. Utilize various delivery methods (e.g. classroom, online, experiential) to provide effective and engaging leadership development opportunities.
  8. Measure and analyze the impact of leadership development programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  9. Provide guidance and support to managers and HR business partners in identifying and developing high-potential employees.
  10. Develop and manage budgets for leadership development initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with global counterparts to ensure consistency and alignment of leadership development programs across the organization.
  12. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for leadership development within the organization.
  13. Act as a change agent by promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  14. Lead and develop a team of professionals to support the organization's leadership development efforts.
  15. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness and relevance of leadership development programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Leadership Development, Talent Management, Or Organizational Development.

  • Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Successful Leadership Development Programs For A Large Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Experience Facilitating Leadership Development Workshops And Training Sessions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Senior Leaders.
