  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market access and reimbursement initiatives.
  3. Provide critical insights and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
  4. Possess a deep understanding of health economics and market access principles.
  5. Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  6. Represent the company in interactions with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies and regulations.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and payer organizations.
  10. Drive the development and implementation of pricing and reimbursement strategies.
  11. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  12. Develop and deliver presentations to communicate the value proposition of products and services to stakeholders.
  13. Mentor and guide junior team members in health economics and market access.
  14. Participate in the development and review of product launch plans and market access strategies.
  15. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support product positioning and messaging.
  16. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to market access and reimbursement.
  17. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment of strategies and messaging.
  18. Act as a subject matter expert and provide training and support to internal teams on health economics and market access topics.
  19. Proactively identify and address potential barriers to market access.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in the field of health economics and market access.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Health Economics, Health Policy, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Health Economics And Market Access In The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry
