- Develop and execute the global business services (GBS) strategy in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of GBS professionals to ensure effective implementation of the strategy and achievement of goals.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and potential risks for the GBS organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and drive efficiencies within the GBS organization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics to track the progress and success of the GBS strategy.

- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to promote their professional growth and development.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Senior Management Role, Preferably In A Global Business Services (Gbs) Or Corporate Strategy Function.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Gbs Strategies That Drive Business Growth And Operational Excellence.
Strong Financial Acumen And Experience Managing Large Budgets, Driving Cost Savings, And Maximizing Return On Investment.
Excellent Leadership And Team Management Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop High-Performing Teams.
Experience Working In A Highly Matrixed And Global Organization, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Stakeholders At All Levels.
