Extensive Experience In Global Business Services (Gbs): A Senior Manager At Boston Scientific Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Gbs, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role. This Experience Should Include Managing Large Teams And Driving Strategic Initiatives Across Multiple Functions And Geographies.
Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills: The Senior Manager Should Possess A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Think Strategically To Identify Opportunities For Improvement And Drive Operational Excellence. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Develop Actionable Insights To Inform Decision-Making.
Exceptional Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, Gbs Strategy, The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Large-Scale Projects.
