- Conduct in-depth analysis of healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from various sources to inform evidence-based strategies.
- Utilize statistical and analytical methods to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact evidence-based strategies.
- Communicate complex data and insights to a non-technical audience through presentations and written reports.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the organization to gather insights and align on evidence-based strategies.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of evidence-based strategies, making adjustments as needed.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on best practices and techniques for conducting evidence-based analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and implement new data sources and tools to enhance evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy and security protocols.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the evidence strategy process.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to showcase the impact of our evidence-based strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the evidence strategy team.
Extensive Experience In Hema Analysis: A Senior Hema Analyst Must Possess A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Health Economics And Market Access (Hema) Analysis Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry. This Experience Should Include Developing Evidence Strategies, Conducting Economic Evaluations, And Creating Reimbursement Dossiers.
Strong Analytical Skills: A Senior Hema Analyst Must Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Interpret Complex Data Sets To Provide Actionable Insights. They Should Be Proficient In Statistical Analysis And Have Experience Using Software Such As Excel, R, Or Sas.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Evidence Strategy: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Evidence Strategy And Be Able To Develop And Execute Evidence Generation Plans To Support Reimbursement And Market Access For Medical Devices. They Should Be Knowledgeable About Different Types Of Evidence, Such As Clinical, Economic, And Patient-Reported Outcomes Data.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: A Senior Hema Analyst Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Analyses To Both Internal And External Stakeholders. They Should Have Experience Presenting To Cross-Functional Teams And Have Strong Written Communication Skills To Prepare Reports And Dossiers For Regulatory Agencies And Payers.
Understanding Of Global Regulatory And Reimbursement Landscape: The Role Of A Senior Hema Analyst Requires A Comprehensive Understanding Of Global Healthcare Systems, Regulations, And Reimbursement Processes.
