  1. Design and implement control systems for medical devices.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for improving product quality, reliability, and efficiency.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues.
  4. Develop and maintain system documentation, including specifications, manuals, and test plans.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in control system technology.
  6. Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
  8. Utilize PLC programming, HMI design, and industrial automation systems to optimize control system performance.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and implement solutions to mitigate potential risks.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning.
  11. Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in the development and implementation of control systems.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate control systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  13. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  14. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of control systems into production processes.
  15. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work to ensure the quality and reliability of control systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Control Systems In A Medical Device Or Regulated Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Iso 13485, Fda Regulations, And Iec 60601.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Python, And/Or Matlab.

  • Experience With Plc And Hmi Programming, As Well As Knowledge Of Industrial Communication Protocols Such As Ethernet/Ip And Profibus.
