Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to for the Magellan Program. In this role the individual will be a Scrum Master for one of the Magellan scrum teams. Lead an Agile team to deliver solutions through all required sprints. Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to by the team and be able to be a voice of reason and authority. Encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall performance and effectiveness. Facilitate the Agile ceremonies necessary to help the team succeed. Assess and coach teams to higher levels of Agile maturity and becoming self-organized and self-empowered. Capture team metrics and manage product backlog, measure and track progress. Remove impediments / blockers, shield the team from external interferences, and enable collaboration across all roles. Escalate status and blockers to the appropriate governance forum.
