  4. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and potential challenges.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall company objectives.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training to the sales team to ensure continuous improvement and development.

Job Qualifications
