- Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the R&D team to encourage the generation of new ideas and solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of new medical devices, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of R&D projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Stay informed about advancements in medical technology and integrate new technologies and processes into the R&D process.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote our products and share our research and development achievements.
Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Science, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams.
Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Medical Device Industry Regulations And Standards.
