
Quality Engineer - Electrical

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for electrical engineering related aspects of medical device manufacturing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Perform validation and verification testing on new products and processes.
- Lead investigations and corrective actions for any quality non-conformances.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test protocols, reports, and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to electrical engineering.
- Train and mentor team members on quality principles and procedures.
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure quality of incoming materials and components.
- Work closely with design and manufacturing teams to provide input on product design and process improvements.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, colleagues, and external partners.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Boston Scientific's mission and values, and actively contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Quality Systems.
Experience With Electrical Testing And Inspection Methods, Including The Use Of Test Equipment And Software.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Analyze Complex Technical Data.
