  1. Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  2. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes for product design, manufacturing, and testing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  4. Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure product safety and effectiveness.
  5. Conduct audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify potential quality issues and implement preventative measures.
  7. Review and approve documentation related to product design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
  8. Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality standards are met from concept to launch.
  9. Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all quality control activities.
  11. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for all materials and components.
  12. Represent the quality department in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
  14. Keep accurate and organized records of quality control activities and results.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on quality assurance for the company and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Within The Medical Device Industry

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Devices

  • Experience With Quality Management Systems, Such As Six Sigma Or Lean Six Sigma Certification
